Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated a year ago

Yes, we offer exchanges and store credit within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 

Please note that earrings are not eligible.

For exchanges, such as for rings in the wrong size, or to receive a gift certificate or store credit, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. Refunds are not available, but exchanges and store credit will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned item.
