Accessing Store Credits

When you have store credits available, they will appear as an option during checkout. You can select to apply your store credits to your purchase at this stage.

Applying Store Credits

1. At checkout, select the option to use your store credits.
2. The full amount of your store credits will be applied to your order.
3. The corresponding amount will be deducted from your total purchase price.

Important Considerations

• Store credits are only available for use on our online store and cannot be used on other sales channels such as the Shop app or for draft, edited, B2B, or Point of Sale (POS) orders.
• You must use the full amount of your store credits; partial use is not allowed.
• If you have store credits in multiple currencies, only the store credit that matches the currency of your checkout will be displayed and applied.

Store Credit Expiration

Store credits may have an expiration date. They will expire at the end of the day in your store's timezone on that date. Credits with the closest expiration date will be used first.
