If your necklace or other jewellery has snapped, we can repair it for a fee starting at $40, which includes cleaning, repair, and express shipping back to you. Please note that the shipping fee for sending the item to us will be at the customer's expense, as stated in our policy.

The $40 fee is specific to repairing snapped chains. For repairs on other types of damage or products, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to receive a specific price quote. 

When reaching out, please send a picture of the product and any information on how the damage occurred, as well as the original voucher.
